  • Eligibility for Exchanges
      – Exchange are accepted within 1 days of the purchase date.
      – Items must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition.
      – Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order number).
  •  No Exchange Policy:
      – Items that have been opened or used.
      – Custom or personalized and premium products.
  • Process for Exchange:
      – Contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate a exchange.
      – Provide your order number and reason for the exchange.
      – Customer service will provide a exchange authorization number and instructions.
  •  Shipping Costs:
      – Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
      – We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  •  Exchange:
      – Once the exchange items is received and inspected, we will notify you.
      – Approved exchange will be processed within 3-4 business days.
      – Eclat has strict no refund policy unless products are defected from our end.
